On the Train
On the ICE train from Berlin to München with my dear friend Emily on April 21st :)
After my study abroad program ended, I started my journey alone around Western Europe for 25 days. I bought a Eurail Global Pass and packed everything into my little suitcase, and then i was on my way! It was the first time that I have ever traveled by myself and stayed in hostels alone. It is one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. I have been to München, all over Switzerland (e.g. Rapperswill, Zürich, and Bern), Yvoire, Milano, Venice, Florence, Siena, Rome, Naples, Catania, Mt. Etna, Taormina (Sicily), Nice, Paris, Amsterdam and Haarlem. For those places, I am in love with Venice, Rome, Naples, Sicily and Paris :) I traveled with friends for part of the trip, met old friends, and made so many new friends along the trip. I cannot wait to write more about my trip!

My first blog
This is my first time writing a blog, a traveling blog. I am just a ordinary girl, who loves traveling, meeting new people, and trying new things. I love adventures, dogs, and food!
I decided to have this blog before I studied abroad in Berlin, Germany this semester. I just realized that I have been to so many places all over the world already, and I should keep all those precious memories and share with my family and friends. Someday when I look back, I could proudly say, I always have a fabulous life!
I started traveling when I was little, and I always loved traveling. Perhaps my dad always liked tickling my feet when I was a baby, and many Chinese people say that the tickled little feet would never stop moving and will travel all over the world. Till now I have been to almost all over China, around 20 states in the USA, Thailand, South Korea, Germany, Poland, Greece, and Austria. There will be so much more places waiting for me to explore!
I also want to use this blog to express my gratitudes to my beloved family and friends. I would not have such great opportunities to travel without my family's support. As age of 16, I left home for the first time, and was an exchange student in Texas for a year. It was extremely hard for my parents to let me go, but they did. They always encourage me to do whatever I like to do and never tell me a word how hard it could be for them. The only expectation from my parents for me is to be "HAPPY" and they never ask of anything for return. A journey away from home is not always easy and happy. There were moments and periods of hardship, loneness, and heartbroken, but I never give up because I know no matter what happens, I have a lovely home to return to and have many true friends to turn to. I have learned and grown so much along my journeys, and they totally changed my world views and my life. All the precious experiences are the given from my family as well as my own efforts. Love y'all!
Good night!
